Viktor 'VITYA' Kaplan is a EMMY & TELLY Award winning
Audio Engineer, Music Producer & Filmmaker.
Born in the Caucuses (a land in between Russia & Middle East), and raised in New York; Vitya bridges the gap between Eastern and Western cultures.Telling his story through Music & Film.
Vitya has worked as an Audio Engineer, Producer, DJ with some of the biggest names in the music industry:
Wu-Tang Clan, Busta Rhymes, The Migos, Cindy Lauper, John Legend.
And has worked on Film & Television projects for:
Disney, Showtime, The Source & Mass Appeal.
Additionally Viktor has designed and built Recording Studio & TV/Film Studios. Including the flagship studios at the famous QUAD STUDIOS in Times Square NYC.
Who is VITYA CHOBANOV:
Viktor was born in the Kavkaz region of Southern-Russia. He was orphaned at birth and adopted by a loving family in New York.
When Viktor was in college perusing Music/Film, he felt a calling to his homeland and searched for his birth family.
After locating and reconnecting with his birth family at 21 years old; Viktor decided to start telling his story through Music & Film
In Russia, people are often given nicknames by their family members as a sign of adornment.
The name Vitya is a Nickname for Viktor.
Thus creating the moniker
